新橋駅のホームからの眺め。あれは大道将棋のようです。大道チェスはどこでしょう？

大道将棋です。私は初めて見ました。盤も駒も大きめですね。
Outdoor shogi. I saw it for the first time. Boards and piecess are rather large.

大道チェスです。手前の盤が大きめの駒のために特注された盤です。写真では分かりにくいですが、盤の表面がすごく綺麗です。
Outdoor chess. The board in front was custom-made for the large sized pieces. Difficult to tell from the photo, but the texture of the surface was very beautiful.

私が想像していたよりも多くの人が立ち寄ります。ということは、多くの人にチェスに興味を持ってもらうにはとてもいい場所だということです。それなのに、ここが使えなくなってしまうかもしれないというのは残念なことです。
More people than I expected stopped by. That means this place is very suitable to get peoples' attention and hopefully get them interested in playing chess. It's pretty sad that this place may not be available anymore.
